BEAR FRUIT has joined the Business Peak District, a group with over 700 members who's vision is for a Peak District with a distinctive, high quality rural environment and an enterprising, growing and sustainable rural economy.
It is a privilege to live and work in such beautiful and inspiring surroundings.
As a coach my own self care is important to ensure that I can deliver high quality transformational experiences for my clients.
I spend at least an hour a day walking in the Peaks with my dog, I use this time to observe the changes in nature, listen to the birds and watch the antics of farm and wild animals.
I know that I need nature to help me find balance in my life and to be at my best, I couldn't think of a more awe inspiring landscape than this in which to do it.
Being a member of Business Peak District helps me too play a role in the community and be connected with other businesses in the area.
